Shipping Policy

When to expect delivery:

Cheyenne Coins is a small business that caters to the individual preferences of it's customer base. While we make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, orders can take 3 - 5 business days to process and ship. Some orders could take additional time to process, depending on order size. Therefore, please keep this in mind if you are ordering for gifts, special occasions or especially during the holidays when our sales volume is higher than normal. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Refund Policy

We are confident that our products are true to their descriptions. We perceive each order to be an accurate order, therefore we are sorry but we cannot take responsibility for buyer remorse or for your selection of a wrong item based on an incorrect selection. Our items are carefully packaged and shipped. In the event a package arrives to you damaged it is insured and the responsibility of the carrier.

If a return is authorized all returned items MUST be in their original packaging. If the packaging is damaged or appears tampered with your return will not be accepted.
